Founded in 2019 by two licensed first responders and supervised by a board-certified physician, we offer professional IV hydration therapy, NAD+ infusions, medical weight loss, vitamin treatments, and peptide therapy — in our clinic or delivered directly to you through our mobile service.

How Our Medical Spa Got Started
Kenny and Gina built their careers on the front lines of emergency medicine — as paramedics and firefighters who knew firsthand what IV therapy could do for the human body. They also knew that kind of care was rarely available outside a hospital.
So in January 2019, they decided to change that. They launched uDrip IV — formerly known as Hydrate IV Now — bringing physician-supervised IV therapy directly to the homes, offices, and events of St. Petersburg residents. The response was immediate. Clients came back. Referrals grew.
By 2020, uDrip IV had opened its first medical spa clinic in St. Petersburg. Today, we operate two locations across Tampa Bay — with the same hands-on, compassionate approach Kenny and Gina started with.
The Medical Team Behind Your Care
Dr. Rodriguez, MD, MPH — Medical Director
Dr. Rodriguez was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. He holds a Medical Doctorate and a Master’s in Public Health in epidemiology from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, completed an internal medicine internship at Montefiore Medical Center, and finished a three-year emergency medicine residency at Jacobi/Montefiore hospitals affiliated with Albert Einstein Medical School.
His career has taken him around the world — practicing medicine in Ecuador, Haiti, The Gambia, East Africa, and New Zealand — and that global perspective on compassionate, community-focused care shapes every protocol at our medical spa.
Dr. Rodriguez currently serves as Assistant Professor of Clinical Emergency Medicine at the USF Emergency Medicine Residency Program at Tampa General Hospital, Clinical Associate at Lakeland Regional Hospital, and as a Flight Surgeon and Major in the United States Air Force Reserve at MacDill Air Force Base.
As Medical Director of uDrip IV, he oversees and approves every treatment we offer — ensuring our St. Petersburg medical spa meets the highest clinical standards.
Kenny — Co-Founder
Kenny Sweitzer Jr., a proud St. Petersburg native, is a tenured Lieutenant Paramedic with over a decade of experience in prehospital medicine. Driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Kenny co-founded UDrip IV with Gina in January 2019. What began as a mobile IV hydration service quickly expanded into a successful in-store operation and has since grown further through a partnership with a nationwide hormone replacement therapy company
Gina — Co-Founder & Lead Paramedic
Gina, from Ocala and raised in Largo, Florida, has a lifelong dedication to helping others. A tenured Paramedic, Gina blends her passion for holistic medicine and paramedicine into intravenous medicine. Together with Kenny, she launched their first business in 2019, welcoming their first customers in 2020. Their combined expertise and compassionate approach make uDrip IV a trusted choice for medical spa services.
